First, make sure that your PS4 is turned off and unplugged from the power outlet. Next, open the console’s case and remove the two screws on the back of the console. Once those screws are removed, lift the console off of its stand. Now, take one of the cables that comes out of your PS4 and plug it into an electrical outlet.
