First, go to the PlayStation website and sign in. Then, find the “My Account” section and click on it. Under “My Subscriptions,” find the “Cancel My Subscription” button. Once you click on that button, your PlayStation 4 will be cancelled and your account will be locked. You won’t be able to play any games or access any features of your PlayStation 4 until you re-subscribe or reset your password.
